This is THE BEST tea tree oil I've ever used.It is MUCH stronger than ALL other brands I have tried!Use this brand 2 judge ALL others!I have been buying this brand for years & recently made the mistake of buying a different brand that was supposedly 100% tea tree oil; but, it was not as potent as NOW brand tea tree oil. I reordered NOW brand, & I will never buy tea tree oil from that other brand. At first, the smell & taste is totally GROSS; but, U become accustomed 2 it as U realize the health benefits. Tea Tree oil is my miracle. I use it so much I had to buy a big bottle since it gets expensive when you are constantly buying small bottles. I refill my tiny dark glass bottles with this large one. I then store the large bottle in a dark shelf.This oil will dry up ANY pimple you have. I have very sensitive skin. Use it wisely, at the beginning don't use it undiluted. After you apply tea tree oil, make sure you don't exfoliate your skin for a few days. Tea tree oil usually peels the areas I put the oil onto. It has helped a lot with my acne scars. It sometimes causes redness and dryness but it will peel those areas in a few days. Just make sure you DON'T exfoliate. Be gentle for the next few days. That was my biggest mistake when I first started using in high school and hated it. I thought my skin wasn't suitable with it and it look like a raw reddish color b/c I wasn't using it properly.Now, I use it when I have pimples. Since I've been using it for so long, I can use undiluted tea tree oil on my acne as a spot treatment. Due to its anti fungal properties, it will kill cystic acne and get to the root of the pimple. I also add about 10 drops to my 2 oz bottle of toner made of witch hazel, green tea and ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar). You have to experiment with the measurements, some places suggest 1 part of each: green tea, witch hazel, and ACV. That is too much ACV for my face, it will turn flaming red. Instead, I fill up half the bottle with a concentrated brew of green tea, fill about a third of the bottle with witch hazel and about 1 cap full of ACV (Bragg's). Then I put 10 drops of tea tree oil and 5-6 pierced gel capsules of vitamin E. This has done wonders for my constant acne problems. My acne isn't 100% gone but it is definitely tamed compared to what it used to be. I like to make small batches at a time so its always fresh. The green tea is soothing and the caffeine in is great for the skin topically. ACV puts back acid in skin (balances pH levels) that is usually interrupted by constantly washing your face. I feel that this is one of the reasons why I break out less. My pH level on my skin is more balanced. Witch hazel is great for irritated skin. Tea tree oil to reduce sebum buildup. Vitamin E oil to combat scarring. Good luck!

The product is fine, but the bottle leaked about 1/4 of it's contents.

Because I was once a Bloodhound in a previous life, I have an extremely sensitive nose so I have to be picky about essential oils. Some of them claim to be pure essential oils but the scent makes it obvious that it's just perfume instead. (Rant: I can smell most of you perfumed people from 20ft away. Lighten up, I'm begging you. It's supposed to be a light scent appreciated by someone who hugs or kisses you, not a chemical weapon that takes out asthmatics and allergy sufferers within a 20ft radius.)I've used expensive brands, at least until I found a quality oil (initials are E.G. if you must know) but they don't always have the scent I want.Enter NOW brand essential oils. I've tried a few and can confirm that they are PURE essential oils (not perfumed junk) and the aromas have all been exactly what they claim to be. No funky smells or slightly "off" odors. Lemongrass smells like lemongrass, mint smells like mint, everything smells exactly as it should!This brand is completely reliable, I haven't had a bad one yet, and the price CAN NOT BE BEAT.
