Needed a strip for the garage.

Rather than using this for a workbench, I purchased this to go under/behind my bed. The flat plug is a perfect match for my bed frame setup and the length of the surge protector means that items on both sides of the queen-size bed--chargers, lamp, etc--can easily reach plugs without stressing the cords. By switching to this I was able to remove two extension cords, a less effective surge protector, and a whole mess of cords.

Have so many places to plug in my paper clips, so I get a good hairdo for the day very pleased with his product

I needed a long power strip for my Christmas Village and this was a great buy. The cord is a great length and more than enough sockets for me to add more houses to my village this year. I may purchase another for my craft room

This power strip says its rated for 15a. Been running small lights and a soldering iron on it for a few months and then decided to plug a portable air compressor into it with nothing else on the circuit and it ran for a bit and then acted like it popped the fuse. So I went to flip the switch (the area where the electronics are was warm) and none of the outlets get power yet the lights on the front are all green. I figured a fuse or wire must have overheated and burnt so went to take it apart to fix it yet they made it nearly impossible to remove the circuit board and not worth my effort. So much for "Industrial Heavy Duty".Edit:Suraielec reached out and with awesome customer service and sent a replacement power strip. So far so good. I will not be running the compressor from a power strip again. ;)

Works great for a workbench. The plugs are spaced far enough apart that large adapter plugs can fit in each slot. Easy to mount with end holes.

I attached two of these across the back of my desk for my computers (2), screens (3), cable/modem/wifi devices (4), USB expansion strips (2) speakers, etc. All the usual power strips have the outlets too close together, so I was finding that I could only plug 3 or 4 devices into a 10-12 outlet power strip, whereas with this one it is fairly easy to use all the outlets as they are so far apart.I actually screwed these horizontally to the back of my desk, about 12" apart (vertically), using the tabs and brackets provided. As these are so long (42") I use the outlets at one end for the printer on the cabinet next to my desk and things like the internet modem, wifi, phone device, and phone base which I never need to unplug, and the use the outlets at the accessible end of the strips for things I need to remove from time to time, and there are plenty of spare outlets for anything else I need to plug in. (See the attached picture - I pull my desk away from the wall to show the cables - it looks chaotic, but is actually a huge improvement over trying to cram things into two of the compact powerstrips, which were not screwed down and difficult to get plugs into and out of.)
