Briess Dried Malt Extract- Bavarian Wheat- 1 Lb.

I can't give much of a fair review on this product as it was damaged when I received it and was therefore unable to make use of it. However, simply due to the packaging of the product I gave it 2 stars, since it was a waste and it made a mess of all the other items in the box. They smelled of wheat and were incredibly sticky. I presume that if the packaging were better I'd be able to concur that the product was decent if not good. And although correlation is not causation, in this case I am lumping them into one.

I bought this to create a starter for my sour beer. The Malt worked great for the initial starter and will use again in the future.
