Q: is this bag machine washable?

I’ve had mine a week, but I don’t think I’d put it through a wash, maybe wipe clean inside with anti bac wipes perhaps

These are mass-produced in China. You won't get a choice. You'll just get what's sent.

Q: Is it good to use for delivery?

No quite sure what is meant by delivery? However I use for 2 purposes, food shopping and picnics. The bag is sturdy and will hold as much of anything that will fit. I have found it to be shower proof, but suspect it would do as well in a torrential downpour. Comfortable, and secure when using chest strap. Only negative is the main zip, which is comprised of 2 zips. I could see when I 1st received bag that the plastic zips would not be very durable. After less than a year 1 half of the main zip has failed. I needed to apply more force that it could take to close that resulted in the issue. Because it has 2 zips I can still use other zip. A minor aesthetic, the logo is rather large, and silver against black makes it very in the face of those behind, but solved that with permanent black marker. I would recommend it despite the above issues.

Q: Are the straps adjustable?

Yeah the straps are adjustable, the front straps come up too so you can carry a blanket or a towel there. I’m currently on holiday and used it everyday including 3 times beach trips. It’s been a life saver for us.
