I literally had the fan 1 week and it stopped blowing air. I contacted customer service and they suggested that I take a video of exactly how the fan wasn’t operating correctly. I did this immediately. I have emailed them back and forth since May and only gotten the run around. Please refund me or replace

This little fan is quiet and puts out more air that you would expect. This company is awesome! I ordered a fan and some of the grating was broken. I sent a message and was thrilled when a replacement was sent and arrived the next day. Fabulous service and a much-appreciated surprise since I planned to use it for evening church services.

UPDATE - AUGUST 2022: The fan is dead. We had a decent run, but after several days/nights of it clacking away, no air comes out.. which defeats the whole purpose of a fan. Into the trash it goes.I bought this fan in October 2020. My intent was to keep this on my nightstand for sleeping purposes, but the bedroom also gets afternoon sun and sometimes it gets really warm in there even if I close the shades.This worked well at first - I liked the fact it was oscillating because I find it relaxing. The air felt cool, and even on Low the air coming out of it was still pretty powerful (not overly so, it was Just Right).And now, I'm looking for a replacement. It has started to get progressively louder - I didn't notice it until last night when my bf pointed it out. He actually asked me if it was stuck on something and then said he was going to go sleep on the couch because he 'can't stand the racket.' Needless to say, I turned it off.Final decision? I'll be moving this to my (home) office and trying to find a new fan to replace it with one that is actually quiet. It's not a bad fan, it's just not great for the bedroom. It's not so bad at first, but in my experience with regular use, it's not as great as I had hoped.

It's runs well ment for a small room or office

The media could not be loaded. I got this for my husband who has hot flashes due to cancer treatment. We live in an efficiency apartment/hotel while he's being treated and the a/c in the room doesn't have a hot/cold feature, it just goes by the room temp and either blows hot air to get it to the set temp or cold air until it reaches the set temp and needles to say he freezes me to death.. I was trying to find a way to keep him cool without making the entire room a walk in freezer and hoped that this small little cooling fan would sit on his end table and blow cool air on him cooling himself and hopefully even the room a few degrees- it does sit on the table nicely, is no where near quiet, doesn't cool the air - fan blowing air room temp just as it came in. Just basically moving air around. Didn't lower temp of the room at all. He swears it helps and has thanked me so much for it but I know he is just trying to make me not worry about him because the sweat beads rolling off of his face tells me that it isn't doing the job I intended for it to do. Sending it back for something else!

Love the fan! Very quiet. The three settings in both oscillating and non- oscillating are great. Had to reach out to Customer Support and they were extremely helpful and quick with responses. Very easy to work with.

I've had this for a while now and it's just not good enough. I bought this for my cubicle I wanted something with a small footprint and something that circulated. I should've paid more attention to how much air it circulates and listened to the review about the poor build quality. It feels cheap and from the second you turn it on you can hear it struggling to move and move air. It makes a whining noise when it's in oscillate mode, one that gets progressively worse. It also only blows air through a very narrow window so even if you have it steady you'd have to pick which side of your face to feel the breeze. I am currently in the market for a new fan because this fan isn't tolerable anymore.
