Not actuality bread crumbs
Not actually bread crumbs. I bought this to fry vegetables. The crumbs are too large and rock hard. Not good for coating just soak up all the oil did not work out for me same with stuffing. Sorry but I would not recommend. I will just stuck with the traditional way of grating left over dried rolls.
