Great remote, simple and fast to setup
It took me a grand total of 20 seconds to setup my Sony tv. The very first code worked immediately. The bright blue backlight is sweet. It controls my 2024 Sony tv flawlessly. Even more amazing is the price-under $8!It doesn’t bother me that there are no presets such as Netflix, etc but if I’m too lazy, I use the original tv remote for that.But I find today’s smart tv remotes too small, and in a low lit room at night I’m always pressing the wrong buttons.It’s much brighter than the backlight Roku remote I had, but that remote separately is $30!Its one of the best purchases I’ve made.

Great remote
Love this remote. Paired easily and quickly to my TV and oli love that the buttons light up. I usually don't leave the lights on when watching TV (because why), so having light up buttons is great

No more accidentally exiting movies in the dark
I bought this for my dad, who has to have control of the remote. While watching tv or movies, he'd hit the wrong button when trying to pause or mute the tv. Then there'd be 10 minutes of baby curses and fiddling with the remote until we got back to the movie. I thought he'd be irritated with this as a gift, you know, a blow to his ego, but he actually loves it. It was very simple to pair it with the tv, only took about 2 minutes and a lucky guess to pick the correct code. It lights up when you press a button, so there are still moments of pressing the wrong button, but that's not the remotes fault. The only thing that would make this a 5 star would be if it lit up when you picked it up or moved it (like my Sony Bravia remote) instead of pressing a button. Otherwise, a lot less baby curses now.

Your replacement remote for a CRT TV in 2025
Worked great on a Panasonic Tau CRT TV. The auto code search configuration was a breeze. This remote has all the functions I need, and the value is incredible. Backlighting is much appreciated compared to alternatives.

Came in 1 day with printed instructions and up to date codes. Works perfectly for my LG TV, LG Blu-ray, and Yamaha audio. Now I can leave those 3 remotes safe in a drawer for the rare function no universal remote handles.

Very Pleased!!
This item advertised that the remote worked with Samsung TV's right out of the box with no programming. This is true! I did not have to program it worked with my Samsung 2160 P right out of the box! And the buttons on the remote make sense and do what I expect them to do. Example: When I press the Home button it calls up all of my streaming services as I expected it to. I was looking at much more expensive remotes and this remote does what I want for under $11.00. Very Happy!
