Cuisinart Baking Sheet, 17 Inch Sheet Pan for Baking, Bronze, AMB-17BSBZ

These baking sheets (I own a few) are made of thick, heavy metal and perform well. I always use parchment paper to make cleaning easier for all my bakeware. When making a very sticky chocolate cake with mayo for the entremets, the sides did not stick to the sheet even without butter or baking spray. Everything bakes evenly in them. The only con for me is that when comparing it to Nordic Ware baking sheets, I feel I have less control over the baking time and overall performance. The same cookies in the same oven baked faster in Cuisinart on a higher shelf, and were still not finished in Nordic Ware on the lower shelf (I hope this makes sense). It looks beautiful and doesn't scratch easily. I got them during Black Friday and for the price, you just can't go wrong.

These are probably the best baking sheets I've purchased. they are thick and sturdy. I love the size. I find that a lot of cuisinart products are of good quality and value and this set didn't disappoint.

Like many people I had some worn out old sheet pans that I had used for years.. they are a pain to clean up and half the time I put down foil to make them easier to clean. I ordered this pan and the very first day I used it, I threw my other ones in the garbage, it is just that good. Nicely priced, durable, doesn't warp, easy to clean.. you name it, this pan is a winner!

These things are heavy duty! I was worried, when I used them for the first time, they would be ruined because I cooked with pizza sauce and cheese and some for on the pan. To my surprise, the stuck on pizza sauce and cheese was not stuck on and wiped right off with a paper towel! No warping and they definitely don't bend! I want to replace ALL of my baking stuff with these!

Heavy duty cookie sheet. Solid, quality finish. A+Also if anyone gives you any stuff while you’re cooking, you could beat em to death with this pan.

Very good quality baking sheet. It is sturdy and I like the higher lip around the edge. I've used it to bake cookies, put foil on it to bake potato wedges, even made a thin pizza in it. Easy to clean and looks like something a professional would use.
