I bought this broccoli sprout powder because of its health benefits (sulforaphane) and because it was the best one I could find for a reasonable price. It doesn't taste amazing (I doubt most broccoli spout powders do), but 1-2 tablespoons has been good in my smoothies.Other reviewers mentioned that it has a Prop 65 warning and that it isn't organic. The Prop 65 warning is true, but their website has a good description about it being included just to prevent any lawsuits from anything that it wasn't tested for. It's also not labeled as organic, but their website has a description of why this is as well.I would have liked some confirmation about it being tested to confirm that it has myrosinase that hasn't been damaged due to heat (potentially in the drying or shipping process). I would also have liked to see certification that it has been tested to have no or low levels of lead because foods from China (where this powder was grown and created), such as tea, are known to have significant lead levels because of lead in Chinese soil from pollution and their use of leaded gasoline.Overall, it's a good product, but I would definitely like confirmation on the myrosinase and lead thing on the listing.

The product smells very strongly like a vegetable extract should! Which is great! The only thing is I was expecting it to be a brighter green color. I make shots. It dissolves very well in water and does not taste bad! Would recommend!

It doesn't taste nearly as wretched as I thought it would and I can feel the power after I drink it, it's a weird buzz if you can take shot of like 1/3 a cups worth. Feels healthy

Made in China California prop 65 warning cancer and reproductive harm.Anyone looking to maintain a healthy diet should steer away from this product.The mix powder is definitely different than other broccoli sprout powders also!Please be advised and warned don't ingest this and give to your family or other people.

It smells like broccoli, mixes very well into my other drinks without overpowering them. Will repurchase.

1. Was reading the back label, bottom, and admit the warning had me look it up on the net, and I was not happy. If the vendor wishes to explain, however, I will certainly listen, as there may be more to the story.2. My wife and I both grow and have bought organic sprouts in the past. 7 years now. We also have tried powders. First of all, after looking at the amount, this bag has all the appearance of a great deal. So I opened up my first bag and sniffed it, but was puzzled. I definitely can smell broccoli, however it also smells like other things as well. I tested it, and it tasted as it smelled. I would say there IS broccoli in there, but there is more than one other thing in there as well, in my opinion.My wife tested it and agrees. We did a side by side with some other broccoli powder (name withheld) which has no real different taste than the live sprouts we have grown and there was a big difference in smell and taste. Could it be an off-batch? Possible. Could it be a different variety? Possible. Does this mean you cannot give it a try yourself and test it? Not at all. See what you think, as this is just one review.

Tastes better than broccoli powder, but still quite strong.
