Wasn't hard to get up and running
Great little computer so far. Was it hard to get up and running. It does have backlit screen as advertised.

Great laptop, lightweight and quick
Purchased this for my mother to replace a Lenovo laptop she loved that finally went out. I have an Asus PC that is still going after 15 years as well as a couple of Asus tablets so I trust this brand. This laptop is lightweight and quick, my mom didn't want a touchscreen so that is not an issue. The backlit keyboard is nice, also the dedicated number pad is a nice feature, one that I will look for on my next laptop. This laptop is very lightweight, it is great. Easy to move from one area to another. Hooking it up to a printer was super simple, really nothing to complain about. The screen quality is great, I guess if you are looking at your laptop from an angle a lot or using it outside, buy something else. My mom looks directly at the screen and does not sit outside on her laptop so neither was an issue for the display.

Very good Laptop for your money
The HP 14" screen is nice and bright. The Core i3, is pretty good for running small business apps, (MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel), surfing the internet and gaming. The 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD is a min. The Backlit Keyboard is a great option and was a very big plus in purchasing this laptop. Battery holds well.

Very efficient
This is a great computer, very fast, with a great camera. We installed Zoom and the resolution on the video is great.

Okay laptop but Warranty is problematic
I bought this unit from Seller in July 2021. Its Sept 2021 and just discovered the 1 year Manufacturers warranty expires in 7 days. Seller needs to fix this or pay for an extended warranty for me. Submitted request 5 days ago with no response

Completely broken in 6 months
This computer was turned on and used less than 20 times in 6 months. It was hardly ever used and was completely fried by 6 months. Not a power cord or plug in issue. Doesn’t work at all. Seller not helpful in any way.

Great laptop
I needed an inexpensive laptop to use the remote access solution at work. My chromebook did not have enough compute power. This latop is a good value for the performance you get.- 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD- HD display- Good battery lifeThe nicest feature was not alot of 'bloatware' installed. I could easily remove the McAfee trial software and O365 demo. I would by this laptop again.
