Very happy with unit.
Mounts easily, using wire ties and rubber backing. The magnet reader has a small rubber backing you stick on, then wire tie to your wheel supports. This keeps the mag reader from shifting around. Once mounted, the mag reader is adjustable, to allow you to get it close enough to the wheel magnet to work. There is also an activity indicator showing wheel motion, so you know you have things working. The display unit has a rubber insert that fits inside a mounting hole on the display, and is the full size of the units contact point on the handlebars. When you use the included wire ties the display unit held in place with no movement. The display can be mounted on the center post, or handlebars, I mounted mine on the center post, was simple and quick. The display unit is easy to read while in motion, even the smaller display sections. I am very happy with the device, and would buy it again, after seeing it. It is a very nice device for the price.Pros:1. Mounts easily, took about 5 minutes.2. Easy to read while in motion.3. Programming was simple.4. Touch sensor on top of unit for internal light. (Great for dusk to night use)Cons:1. The mag reader needs to be within 1 or 2 mm of the magnet, not really a big issue, but it worries me to have them so close. I have had zero issues along this line however, so probably not an issue.2. Touch sensor on top of unit for internal light. In daylight if you accidentally touch the top of the unit, you turn on the light. If bright sunlight, you can not see the light, so you don't know it is on. This increases battery drain. They do warn you about this in the instructions.I lost the manual, and have sent in a request for a replacement to download. I will post the results of that request here.Overall I really like the product, and it seems to be a solid device. I can press the button while riding, and the unit does not shift around at all, it is very solidly mounted using the included wire ties.Edit: I wrote the company regarding the lost manual, I got a copy of the manual via email from them within 24 hours.Edit: I sold my bike with the unit, and I just purchased a second unit, works as above, and is a really nice unit...

Will break within 3 months
Usually don't post reviews but I'm really upset over this device. Got it a few months ago and had trouble setting up, finally got it and worked good.I had the holidays and didn't bike for a few months, just sitting. Now the device that tracks the wheels went jut all of a sudden. It was literally in use for 3 hrs. Ofc the manufacturer has no site to get a replacement or reply. It's sad because it felt like it was the perfect device but in the end a waste of money.

Counter Reset Issues--Update-Figured it out!
It is easy to read and was not difficult to install. There is not a lot of information about resetting the counters. Then it gave me and error message that I have not idea what to do with. I would like to start the distance to zero on each new trip. UPDATE: I still dont know what the error message meant, however the counters is resetting. It does not work when riding the bike. I would forget to reset it and ended needing to reset it on the fly as I was moving apparently I have to be stationary and then you hold it for 3 seconds then it will work. So glad it's working well just wanted to follow up. NOTE: Wish it had a light for riding in early morning hours and for safety.

Inexpensive Speedometer/Odometer for Bikes
This Speedometer/Odometer is a great price for someone that just wants to know how fast they are going and how far they went.Once installed, the unit worked great, however, the instructions need some work, so I included photos of the finished product. Especially the sensor and spoke magnet proximity. That was not clear in the instructions, so please take a look at the photos. Please note that the unit DOES NOT come with the screw on mount as shown in the photos. My wife had a basket attachment, so I modified the mount received to screw onto her bike, versus the zip tie mounting provided. I am sure the zip tie mount will work, but this was more permanent and made sense considering her basket bracket was in the way.Once I figure out the spoke magnet and sensor, this thing works flawlessly. Turns off with inactivity, and starts up with a couple of wheel revolutions. She likes it, and it does exactly what is needed, plus more. Our main reason for purchase was Speedometer and Odometer, which work great!!

Good
New unit. Stops functioning for 2 min. daily, then comes back on. Checked sensor and magnet gap, ok. As long as it comes back on, I have no problem. Must be a normal thing I have to start expecting from foreign goods. Disconcerting. A mechanical American made speedometer won't fit my wheel. Its just for reference, not needed for bike functioning.

Beautiful and bad design
Love the design and size of screen. Interface is easy to use. Problem is the plastic that attaches it to the bike frame is cheap and soft plastic. Using the zip tie you can’t securely fasten it tight. The sensor for the spokes is a terrible design and cheap, thin and flimsy. Feels like it’s gonna break off or slide down and my reason for returning this product. Also had a zip tie break in half from being brittle right out of the box. The spoke sensors needs to be beefed up and the attachment bracket for the screen needs to be deigned for the handle bar or the stem but not both. I wanted to place the screen on the stem but there isn’t enough surface on the bracket for it to be securely attached. My insight comes from previous type of purchase for my bikes and using that knowledge collected to make my comparison.
