We were looking for sun cover for a short-term rental and chose those the 10x13 size. It’s pretty solid, sturdy and easy to assemble. The canopy was ripped on arrival. Their customer service is awesome! We received the replacement within a week from China. Good recommended buy!

Lots of parts, assembly not for the faint hearted. Most, if not all of the screws are metric-allen(hex) and made out of aluminum. That is a problem because if you use a power driver you will likely strip out quite a few screws. There are over 200 screws so tightening them with the little included allen wrench is tedious. The support brackets that hold two pieces together are mostly well machined, but some allow for too much movement which puts some of the pieces out of alignment. The instructions and pictorials are decent and for the most part will result in a pergola that looks like the picture. Don't even think about returning it, you would never be able to get everything back in the box! There was a minor flaw on the edge of the canopy so I contacted the manufacturer. They responded promptly and sent me a replacement part. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service! Important to note that the space under the pergola is 8x11. But it’s a great structure that is well built, easy to assemble and extremely functional. Overall we’re happy

It stays standing when I get the 50+ mph winds, Fairly easy to put together and the canopy is Fairly water resistant, the slides are a little rough at first, but some lubricant in the slide and it is much easier to open and close. I riveted on some solar lights and it's perfect, the only other upgrade I'm going to do is adding side shades.

The media could not be loaded. Definitely need two people to assemble it. It’s time consuming but worth it after its finished

10 x 13 Pergola ReviewPositives:Materials are decent, with lots of bolts holding it together. Most of the holes line up and the bolts tighten well with the included 2 Allen wrenches (for two sized bolts), so no additional tools were needed. Customer service was good, they offered a discount refund if we kept it, rather than returning it when we realized it was too big for our patio (our measurement error). When assembled it looks like a much more expensive pergola and it looks better than in the advertising pictures. It operates easily.Negatives:With all the bolts, its more than 400 parts and since we don’t do a lot or projects like this, it took almost 50 work hours to assemble. For some assembly steps and to move it, you need 3-4 people. Some of the instructions are unclear with tiny figures, so some of the time was for breaks where we tried to figure out what was meant by the instructions (usually how pieces should be oriented). If you have an engineer in the family, they can figure it out. Think erector set (if you remember those). One of the two supplied Allen wrenches stripped before assembly was complete, making it unusable. But we did get the pergola assembled! This is not something you can pop up in a few hours. This should be emphasized more in the description.BTW they do not pay for return shipping if you change your mind. For us, that would have been a $150 cost to return it. That fact that they only pay for returns if it’s damaged should be made clearer. They are an Amazon third party and as such the return policy does not match Amazon’s.Bottom Line:If you have the space for it and are OK with a weekend (or possibly a week) assembly project, it provides good value for the cost.

We love this pergola! It was easy to assemble (you’ll want 3 people for joining the 4 sides together), and looks amazing. It adds so much character to our tiny backyard.It was packaged very well, with every piece covered with padding. No scratches or dents.

I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is the best I have ever seen. The pergola is beautiful, excellent quality and very sturdy.
