Dimmers and LED fittings can be a nightmare. Get the wrong dimmer and it won’t work properly. It’ll flash or not dim at all.Happy to report that this one works brilliantly with my COSTCO light fitting with no flicker, buzz or delay. My switch came with both white and black inserts so I chose to use the white. A quality switch and have just ordered another for a new LED fitting in my dining room. Recommended.

This product at least the dimmer switch is not worth it that money the dimmer know is to deep when try to push it in to switch on off you need to take down the knob which so called design for it the plastic part is too short on which is going the knob and has a delay on switching on the dimmable leds and is not switching to their full potential not to happy with this product

Bought in advance for a future project, not fitted yet, appears to be good quality, update to follow when installed,

Really disappointing, the product felt quality but the face plate just feels loose and poor quality. The clips just aren't man enough to hold it on securely without an unpleasant wiggle.

Despite ordering a specific switch type (rocker and dimmer) the actual product was supplied 'in parts' with the useful message as being 'for my convenience' - when opening the pack, the first though I had was 'you mean for supplier convince'. Additional frustrations (especially for the purchase price) was added as the instructions were not specifically clear (perhaps some automated translation tool was used that failed to write specific and clear instructions). Once installed the product is working very well and is of very good overall quality - there is some configuration that (although not entirely clear reading the instructions) provides a method to adjust the dimmer levels (a really useful process it the instructions were clearer) that I have ignored due to other jobs but is on my list as when the dimmer is turned on if the dial is turned right up the lights flash (I am assuming this is the dimmer config mode however it is a little frustrating as the job of a dimmer should just be to dim (from very low to max) - perhaps the supplier/designer provides too many options that the installer needs to do (especially considering the price) hence the 4 stars

Visually good quality components, however the dimmer switch on\off didn't function with the dimmer cap supplied (it worked fine with the dimmer cap removed).I contacted the supplier and they promptly sent a replacement dimmer cap, that resolved the issue.I usually give 4⭐, but I will award 5 for the good customer service in fixing the issue promptly with no fuss.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a really solid and aesthetic product that is well made and def worth the money. The modular aspect to the gangs is unique and has enabled us to have a dimmer + on/off which we’ve been after for ages. A wiring diagram/explainer would be good to include. It’s not clear which the common + L1 + L2 are as they differ from a standard switch labelling. Still great though.
