It's a little weird to sleep on a wedge, but it can be comfortable. I put my usual contour pillow on top of it. This works best if you can sleep on your back. For the first time in well over a year, I can stay asleep all night without waking up every hour or two, which is really having an impact. It also eliminates early morning headaches. If you think you have sleep apnea or you have migraines--or both--this is worth a try. I was skeptical, but it does help. This product fluffed up nicely when released from its packaging and didn't have an odor. I let it sit for a couple of days anyway, and unzipped and washed the cover before using, and it was fine. A good product if this is what you need.

I had hip surgery several months before finding this wedge. I WISH I had found this months earlier!!! I could finally sleep through the night!! It was/is a miracle for me! It took the pressure off my hip instantly & I was able to get the rest I desperately needed.It’s a beautiful light grey color & soooo soft to the touch!! But a firm wedge that can hold up to your weight. I’ve used it for 3-4 months now & it still looks & feels brand new!!!If you’ve had surgery & need the lift - THIS IS THE ONE!!! If you are looking for a bed wedge pillow with some height to it and less of an incline, this may be the pillow for you. Arrives compressed in plastic packaging but expands to full size in a matter of hours. Initially there was some odor but that dissipated quickly. A big plus. While the pillow did expand to 7 1/2 inches at its highest point as claimed, the memory foam layer is a bit thin - just about an inch thick. Not the 1 1/2 or 2 inches as claimed in the description. The cover is nice and soft to the touch although not as nice and substantial as other covers. What I do like about the pillow is the slightly larger size and the more gentle incline. Foam is a bit too firm and uncomfortable for sleeping so a pillow on top of it is a must - but that seems to be the case with most bed wedge pillows. I'm typically a side sleeper and overall, this pillow works for me.

I use this about 1/2 the time. Stomach issues. It’s always recommended to elevate. The wedges I’ve tried previously were too high for me. This is perfect. Just remember to be up high so that you’re not cricking your neck or back.When I’m not using it I just flip it back against the headboard. Extremely comfortable for reading or in this case I was using it for elevation but woke up with a migraine. I’m leaning against it with an ice cap and 1/2 a cup of coffee and my eyes closed. In a while I’ll go back to the elevation use. I use a small or soft pillow to support my neck.Another reason I love this particular wedge is the removable cover. A nuisance but I remove it every other time when I wash the sheets. After all, you wouldn’t consider never washing your sheets! (It’s a soft velvety feeling.)

This was perfect to help me while sleeping. Was just the perfect height to keep me up high enough to keep acid reflux but not too much that I kept sliding down

Although the overall quality of this wedge pillow is very good, the design makes it very uncomfortable. The lower end is like a cliff that leaves your spine unsupported and results in back pain. Wedge pillows should be longer so that they can taper down to the bed level. I recommend choosing one that is 32” long. Also beware that it will be very difficult to return this pillow as it was completely flattened and rolled up to fit into a small box. It is next to impossible to flatten and roll it up again and so it needs a very large box when not flattened.
