High quality, great instructional video but still takes a lot of time to put together!
I bought this for my kids for Christmas. It's a good thing "Santa" didn't wait until the last minute to put it together!Even with the awesome instructional video that's now on their website, it still took about 4 hours! Not really difficult at all, but a million screws! There were a few steps missing in the video but you can figure it out. Having a partner would have helped. It's definitely made of high qaulity material and looks built to last. It also comes with both soccer player guys and traditional guys (as well as soccer balls and traditional balls). I did call customer service a couple of times and they were very friendly. I ordered the pole lubricant for free, and was told that the traditional guys have a counter weight that allows them to be turned upside down and stay there, and are better for trick shots. So, I'll keep these on stand by for when my kids get older (9 and 11 now) and want a more professional table. It's simple to change on the guys. We've played some the last few days and the table is definitely well suited for rough and energetic play. I think we're going to be thrilled with it for years to come!

High quality table - good for hours of enjoyment!
We purchased this KICK Foosball table as a Christmas present for our family in 2017. Our 2 boys were 7 and 10 at the time and our house had too many toys. This table made a great gift for them to use with friends as well as for our family. My husband and I handled the assembly over a 3-night span and had no issues. The directions were well-made and the parts and pieces were well-labeled. After using the table about a month, we noticed that the black veneer on one of the end pieces (near the scoring piece) was coming undone. I contacted KICK directly and had a new piece sent to me for FREE within the week. It did take a bit to disassemble our table enough to reassemble it with the new piece, but we prevailed. Fast forward to one year later and our family still enjoys our foosball table. We made a move from TN to WI last month and noticed a bit of damage from our movers. Once again I contacted KICK and have a replacement part on the way. The customer service with KICK cannot be beat! Our damage now had nothing to do with the integrity of the table, but rather the clumsiness of our movers. :) This is a big investment but well-worth the cost when you factor in the hours of fun in use and the top-notch customer service.

Great Looking Foosball Table / Challenging Assembly
After researching a number of options, I decided to go with the KICK table based upon the overall look of the table as a nice looking furniture piece in our home and it appeared to have lasting durability. The table looks great and plays really well. There is extra attention to detail and functionality that you won't likely find in cheaper tables. We loved the fact that it comes with 2 options for the players, different ball options, and the ball returns on each side of the table work well in comparison to other tables we have used. I would give this table 5 stars if it wasn't for the rather challenging assembly. There were steps in the early stages where pre-drilled holes would have been extremely helpful for the less handy among us and the instructions could have been a bit more clear. There were videos available online that also helped, however, the lack of pre-drilled holes were a pain to ensure you were aligned properly and/or had the right tools to get a good hole started... It probably took our family 4 hours in total to put together with a great looking result. We've had an issue with a couple of loose handles in which the KICK customer service was extremely helpful in working with us to provide replacement rods that might not have been drilled/threaded properly. We are extremely happy overall and look forward to many family tournaments...

Rods are key pieces and seem sturdy. There are actual bearings that rods ride on for smoother spinning. My unit had many particle board parts to screw together, wood-to-wood, and with use of metal brackets, but about half of these had no pilot holes drilled. With particle board you basically have one shot to get it right and may not be easy for a novice (I drilled my own holes). Overall, some parts were very sturdy but others were very cheap. What looks like chrome metal is all plastic. I am not even mounting the drink holders for that reason. There are little plastic "corners" that keep balls from stopping in corners but make for a strange appearance after mounting as they just screw to top of play surface...they don't show them in pictures either. I suppose you could omit them and move ball with your hand if ball stops in corner. Lastly, the instructions are not clear for some things....Like the players assembly on rods. There were two sets of different instructions with one saying assemble players first, the other saying last. After thinking about it there is no way to do it FIRST! I have put many items together like this and it should be simpler, as in LABEL each part, etc. I have only played it a few games and seems sturdy, but if you must move it, LIFT, not drag as the legs are just marginal.September 2016 update: Had a few small parts missing from box. Customer service promptly mailed replacements. Overall, having used table many times, it is fairly sturdy with good play. I didn't like ball getting stuck in corners so bought 4 more "players" which slide right onto bars, now its even better. This is a reputable company making a good product....just beware of some assembly difficulties.
