I live Yealink
As a computer engineer nothing likes Cisco Desktop phones for me but when I found the Yealink product, I never used Cisco phones for medium or small businesses.

Received with incorrect handset
Useless with a handset that doesn't activate the hook... Plus, once I plugged it in and it ran through a factory reset it ended up provisioned to some company with all of their contacts loaded. Also, note that there was no power cord included (I'm not sure if that was to be expected or not, didn't see any note about that in the description). Returning.
