This company has amazing customer service, especially Sean over there. The equipment works very well most of the time, and when it does not, they immediately rectify the situation. A great value all around.

I bought this replacement cartridge after using the original one for two years. I have a lot of rust and sediment in my well so this filter works great as a pre-filter to the rest of my system. I like that this filter can simply be flushed without disassembling it every time it gets too dirty. I had a question about this filter so I contacted the company directly and Julius from iSpring immediately responded and answered my question.

I ordered incorrect filter for my Ispring WSP100GR pre filter on my well water filter system. I couldn't find correct ones and contacted the Mfr. They were most helpful and their customer service rep (CS1, Nick) sent me two of the correct filters (FWSP50GR and FWSP100GR) to try out. I had explained my problem as I could not find part number in the manual or online. Hopefully this will help others when they read this too. Can't say enough about the great Customer Service and how quick they responded to my needs. The original filter is cleanable, but I wanted to let it sit due to the iron/sulfur in water staining the mesh and just to ensure clean. I can now rotate them as needed to keep my family happy with water. This filter system is very good, easy to change out filter and to flush. It saves me tons of money in the large water filters I am using by stopping the aqua porous rock and iron sediment. Thanks again Ispring.

I had trouble understanding the filter replacement. Called ispring Sean answered and he walked me thur the process. This unit is first filter for my well water. Installed march of 2022. Does the job designed for.Thanks again Sean and ispring

Purchased this product for a new house build last summer. My well water has high iron content and I use this before the water supply goes into an iron filter. It takes out any larger particles. I also bought a spare filter to swap out weekly to clean.Three months later, I had an issue with one of the rubber o-rings on the top of the filter. I contacted customer service and talked to Nick.Very few companies stand behind their product anymore. Isprings is an exception. Nick solved the problem within five minutes and a replacement was sent out the next day. The product is a great product but the customer service is even better. Thanks Nick.

Had our original filter we bought three years ago. Figured it was time to replace the cartridge. Works perfect.

Good filter does what it’s supposed to

I bought this extra filter so when I need to clean the dirt one I just swap it out in minutes with little interruption to water supply. I then let the Dirty filter soak in vinager a few minutes, clean with soft brush & hose it down with some water pressure. Their customer service is excellent, I spoke to Francis, he was awesome, i’m very happy with iSpring products and their customer support
