Works as described. I called for some directions resetting the controls. The staff was very quick to respond. Very courteous and helpful. Works great and runs quietly. The single heater is enough to keep a 16 cu ft refrigerator at the perfect temp.

I don't think I can possibly be anymore upset then I am right now. Completely disgusted.. how much more would it cost this company to put an alarm on it when temp drops? I noticed my eggs where hatching this morning. Tonight I start to wonder why not much progress has been made. I bend down to look in the glass and the glass was ice cold. I look over it was 73dg. Completely ridiculous. I have a China made incubator that still going for years. This thing failed in a huge way. 5 stars for failing and Completely being junk

Bought it in April 2018, installed in a modified Monster cooler and has been working fine.

It’s been running great so far been hatching quail eggs 3 years. Just make sure you calibrate temp with trusted thermometer.

Thermostat worked perfectly for 2 weeks and then going into week 3 it wouldn’t go over 75 degrees. Ruined my batch of 84 eggs!

Great product good customer service

Fan/heaters are good but not the thermostat. Temps jumped to 113 and I lost 48 eggs due to faulty thermostat. I salvaged an old wafer thermostat from a styro incubator, cut the wires to junk thermo and installed the wafer. All good now. Save your $ and buy a wafer.
