I take half of a tablet, after a while I start getting drowsy.It doesn't knock you out, it just makes me sleepy. You don'tneed more than 0.5 mg. Taking more won't help more.I am an RN and I've read the research on this from yearsago. It recommended 0.3 and then, you could find that dose-one 0.3 tablet, but now you can't find that dose, so halfof a 1 mg tablet works well for me.

Crush up several of these in a cup of hot chocolate and old Aunt Hagatha won't be upset if we leave the room when the roaring of her flatulence begins each night after dinner. Usually I have to take a couple 5mg melatonin to sleep but I only need one 1mg with this brand and I sleep great!

I didn’t quite believe that these pills would work, but they are a much safer solution to try than sleeping pills that make me groggy and sick. But they do seem to be working without me even noticing and I have been falling asleep much quicker than I have in at least 40 years. The best thing is, they don’t make me feel drugged and my falling asleep seems very natural.

Literally placebos. Doesn't work at all.. wish I read the ingredients closer. Not real melatonin. Not sure how this item has the amount of 5 star reviews.

My daughter and I take Melatonin to get a restful sleep. For me, it's the 2nd cup of coffee I have after 5p. For my daughter it's doing homework and can't stop writing her book. She's a teen, she takes 2-3 and she says she is out until it's time to wake up for school.Thanks to the seller and Amazon!
