The Best Gluten Free Pasta
I love elbow pasta and for health reasons, I can not eat gluten. This is a wonderful tasting gluten free pasta!! My son loves it too. Try it; you won't be disappointed.

New formula is not quite as good but still very good!
I’m reviewing the NEW formula. The amazingness of the old formula is beside the point now.No, the new formula is not as good as the old formula. But once I got over the initial disappointment, I was able to admit that it’s still pretty darn good. I was reading some reviews on other sites and I was worried these were going to be terrible based on some people’s reviews. Yes the texture is not quite as smooth and wheat-like as the original but the original was like magic so I had high expectations.I use these for one thing and one thing only: lazy mans instant pot macaroni and cheese. I put this box in, add 3 cups of water and pressure cook for 4 minutes. Then I add cheese, pepper and a little milk. This brand is the only one I’ve tried that doesn’t because a disgusting stringy mess. I used to tell people the old formula was the best elbow noodles I’ve ever had, gluten free or regular. The new formula is still awesome and better than any other gluten free brand. But if you’re used to the old formula, prepare yourself for a bit of a disappointment and then remember what else is out there is usually crap.And I am happy that people that can’t eat soy can now experience this brand :)

Perfect for soup and salads
So happy with this products. Makes delicious soups and very good as a cold salad. Will be buying different pasta types from this brand

Family Approved!
More of the family had to go Gluten Free and we wanted to find pasta that did not shout... It tastes Gluten Free and yucky. We liked this one for our most recent Mac and Cheese. My niece loves it. The Mac and Cheese I made for her she said did not taste GF.It is also the right size not to fall apart and still tastes fine in leftovers.I like pasta with more white rice in it. I found it to taste more like standard pasta. I find corn pasta to be very slimy, gluey, and not tasty for me as pasta. You need a ton more water to cook corn based pasta in and I just do not care for the flavor or cooked texture of the corn based pasta. My niece also has a corn allergy so this worked great.You just have to make sure it is cooked right. Like standard pasta cook too long and it is mushy and not enough and it is, well not done.As with anything food related, tastes differ. We really liked this one, it is a keeper!Just wish GF items were not so pricey.

Delicious!!!! Great texture, but very small pasta
YEP, these taste amazing! You do taste just a hint of the lentils. But the chew is so close to an al dente macaroni pasta. It's so, so, so good! I wish it was more accessible in stores because it's so good! I wish they used this formula to make fettucine alfredo, it's that darn good!!! I made mac and cheese without the guilt and struggle of having to eat gluten!!! It works perfectly. HOWEVER, it is a way smaller elbow pasta then you've ever witnessed. It holds it's shape well, but it's not big, or even averaged size pasta, so get used to that. But, for elbow pasta, which seems to be really hard to make gluten free, this is NOT mushy, and the texture is actually amazing! It's mainly bland, with the slightest taste of lentils. If you can't digest beans so well, you can take beano with it and you're fine. It's so, so, so, so, so, so good!!! I wish it was less expensive because the gluten free tax is always much higher than eating regular wheat, unfortunately, but I will never be without this. It's so darn good!!!

It's about the best gluten free elbows
I finally used it last night sept-10-2023 and made a macaroni salad Hawaiian style and I cooked it for 9 minutes in salted water and it came out perfect, the texture is a little different than standard dry pasta but it came out great

Tastes like real pasta !
After trying every gluten free pasta out there most of which have a unpleasant texture i was extremely pleased to discover this wonderful pasta .I find cooking time is a little longer then on box otherwise it can be a little chewy i test a noodle every minute after 8 minutes boiling to get it just right !

Best Gluten Free Pasta
My son has celiac so we have to be extremally carefully about what he eats. This pasta test good and holds up to all kinds of cooking including cold pasta salads.
