Same brand product I was using from last 4 5 years....such a good brand....but after ordering same brand with Amazon quality is so poor breaking in every 3 4 days automatically without any damage it is breaking.

Received set of 6 pieces instead of set of 12 pieces written in description.
Received only one set of 6 pieces instead of 12 pieces, though it is written as set of 12 pieces in description. As suggested by cutomer care I have returned the first order and ordered second time, but have received again the set of 6 pieces only. Don't understand the problem.
