A fine bagel holder
Easy to use, easy to clean. Won’t work for mega-sized bagels, but great for the usual sized ones.

GREAT PRODUCT!
Cut my hand the other day and went on Amazon to find a durable, easy to use, safe bagel cutter! This one fit the bill and the price was great! My ONLY negative is that it needs to be a little bit bigger - fresh bagels from Costco or Safeway are too big for it!

Would work on SMALL bagels
Well it is well made. Folds nicely to fit in your gadget drawer. Easy to clean.BUT way too SMALL for bagel shop size bagels or Walmart size bagels. More like an English muffin size bagel.I am very disappointed since I cut my finger a few weeks back trying to slice my bagel. SO back to SHOPPING for a LARGER size slicer.But if you only buy smaller bagels this is PERFECT.I measured the bagel opening, 1 1/2" MAX. The bagel sits in the white section, the 2 green flippers hold it in place for slicing.This is the best pic I could manage

Only good for tiny bagels
This item is too small for a bakery size bagel. It might be good for Lenders frozen bagels or English muffins. Not at all useful for the fresh bagels that I buy from the bagel and grocery stores. Very disappointed that I can’t return it for a refund.

Bagel Slicing Guide that Works
When I bought this contraption, I already had a supply of bagels, sliced and frozen. However, they were not sliced evenly and I was very unhappy with the result of my efforts. I have therefore not had occasion to use this gadget for slicing bagels yet. I have used it to slice a ciabatta roll from my favorite bakery and it worked perfectly. The bread knife was guided down the center of the bun just right. I have no doubt that it will be equally useful in slicing bagels evenly. I like the fact that the user can squeeze the two sides a bit to help keep the bagel in place. Just be cautious about keeping your fingers clear of the knife.

Way too small
This thing is entirely too small to accommodate even a normal sized bagel, let along a good bakery bagel. Useless, do not buy

VERY economical. You do have to be a bit careful so that you don't cut your finger when using this.
