It worked like a charm but I am dropping one star because of a design defect.The design defect is in the smooth surface of the stainless steel nozzle. The image description claims it's better than steel nozzle, but it's not because of the smoothness. When working on a tire that's sitting on the ground (because duh, you're working from home garage), you don't get enough angle to rotate the gun. So you have to use a plier (or strong fingers if you have those) to rotate the nozzle to tighten to the gun. If the nozzle is not tightened, the mushroom rubber plug won't go through the nozzle. I had to really wrestle hard with my plier to rotate it due to so smooth surface of the nozzle. Why would the manufacturer remove the good design of its own cheaper version of the product, it blows my mind. Go with the cheaper one and you'll be happy. I am still giving 4 stars because the tire is working fine now and the plug is holding up. The cutter knife included to cut off the excess plug was a nice touch.

This is the puncture fixing tool of the future can use today. Being an ex mechanic I've fixed many tires on and off the car this tool is by far the easiest and fastest way, just follow the easy to read (picture), instructions and in less than 5min you're done.

The tire repair kit is great. I was able to fix a flat tire very easy using this kit.Recommend it for any tire repair case.

I tried it for the first time. I am using the gun model. I loaded the mushroom. Inserted the nozzle all the way in the tire hole. Pulled out the Gun and the entire damn mushroom plug came completely out. I did it three times. All three times the damn mushroom was stuck on the Gun and was pulled out completely. Meaning it didn’t plug “JACK!” I was a rookie being it was my first time using it. I think what I should have done was after I injected the mushroom plug with the insert gun I should have released the gun pressure. That may have released the grip on the mushroom and it may have worked. I’ll update the next time. I had to resort back to my highly reliable, highly trusted old fashion patch kit. It never fails! I hope to have success with this on the second go round.
