Not aware of anything beyond statutory right. From a report on Amazon, the company are helpful.

Q: This item says it includes everything you need for sous vide cooking but it doesn't seem to include a vacuum sealer. is it necessary to buy one?

Not ABSOLUTELY necessary to use a vacuum sealer, but I would say it is probably best to do so. There are other ways to vacuum-seal the food into bags without a vacuum sealer but not having used them, I cannot say how effective they are against a regular vacuum sealer.

Hello We do not recommend you to use plastic containers, we recommend you to use metal containers of 8-50 liters.
