These little capsules pack a minty punch. They are one of the things that seem to help my sore and bloated tummy, not totally, but better than other things I've tried. I usually take one around lunch time - you shouldn't take more than one a day as they're quite powerful. You get a bit of a minty taste in your mouth at times, but it could be worse.

Alittle pricey but you get wat you pay for....these are a must...easy to swallow...very soothing on your belly...the aftertaste once you've had them is great....I suppose you get wat you pay for guys....these are a must have
