Don't waste your money on a tiny speaker with a rod ...
I bought this for a Chaldni demonstration. There isn't a way to generate enough vibration on the plate to actually create patterns. The salt barely moved. Don't waste your money on a tiny speaker with a rod attached to it. Shameful that they charge so much for this.

The rod that holds the string broke on day 1 making it useless. Apparently it's held by a plastic screw

So I opened the case to see if I could trouble shoot. When I did I got even more furious. They charge 200$ for a 4 inch speaker with a rod attached to it.
