After trying every brand ever made, Lord and Berry waterproof eyeliner pencils are the best. Definitely worth the extra price.

Not waterproof
wanted to love this eyeliner net but it was so soft & mushy, and came right off. and worse - i’m out $20 because they won’t take returns. horrible policy; will avoid this company and spread the word

Great eyeliner
Love this eye pencil in black. First got a sample size in an IPSY monthly bag. Goes on smoothly and great for lining upper and lower lid. May have to apply it as a touch up on the lower during the day, top stays on nicely. Definitely recommend.

Not soft at all but hard and dragging. I've had an eyeliner from this brand before which was gorgeously soft, but this ain't it.
