Am ideal piece of kit for catering for large numbers. Heats up quite quickly and is easy to use. The only problem is cleaning between the raised section on the right, apart from that it's a very good buy.

it should have been a good piece of kit but it failed in 1 week.now i have the hassle of returning it for my money back.To be fair they have agreed straight away but probably not worth it if you are going to use it . it might brake!Still waiting for it to be collected! my business is open 8 am to 9 pm. on the notes it says collection attempted but parcel not available. Absolute rubbish. the unit was boxed and ready to go straight away. just a lazy driver or something. Now i have to cancel the return and re-book it. I wonder how many times this is going to happen!

A bit of a pain to clean. But overall it’s worked well for us. It’s use it to make bacon and sausage butties once a week and cooks like a dream. Easy to use the controls. The overall unit is quite bulky so it sit high on our work surface.

Prefect for smash burgers and meat easy to clean get hot quick so you don’t have to wait around for a while for it to heat up

Very solid and sturdy piece of equipment.

It arrived with a dent in the corner and all scratched up have tried to contact seller.The unit burnt as soon as turned on too.would avoid

I do like this product but one fault I would say is that the edges around the cooking surface are sharp. Whilst using it I cut my finger on one of those edges. I think the manufacturer needs to address this. Be careful when using it.
