Easy replacement - just a couple of screws to remove the old one and install the new one. Seems to have more power and certainly more runtime capacity compared to the original one I replaced. (As advertised ~5x more capacity)Fits perfectly with no issues on my Dyson DC34 which is about 15-20 years old. Wish I would have replaced it earlier. as old battery had degraded to only a few minutes runtime.

Original battery died. This one is working well as a replacement. Saved this unit from going into a landfill.

Dead and will not charge till slightly after the return window. Save yourself the loss and note that Amazon reports this is a frequently returned item.

As another reviewer notes, the connection is somewhat too long when first charging or recharging in the docking station. At least it was, a bit, for me, with a Dyson DC44 Animal. Then I tried charging after removing the charging cable from the docking station. Problem solved. The DC44 now runs strongly with this battery, even on Max mode, but ask me again after six months.

Fit perfect easy five minuet replace two screws and good as new.

This battery pack installed into the Dyson just like the OEM unit. Charged properly and operates well. Remove 2 screws and the unit replaces easily.

Saved my dead Dyson. Quick replacement and back in business.
