Work great and easy to use
Work great, sizes run a tad big. I wear an XL glove and the medium of these seems a tad big. Otherwise they feel and work fantastically.

Great strap!
We use these for several things! Kettle bell carries, lots of bar work, it helps a ton with grip!

Good tool to the home gym arsenal
The media could not be loaded. These are nice. i have another similar but higher priced product, and these are pretty comparable. You have a few options when using these. You can just place it around your hand and the bar like it shows in the product description, or when you're going heavier you can try what I do, which is what I was taught by a very giant man who had extensive use when using these types of straps. Please see video. Place your hand through it like normal but then turn your palm up, and rotate internally while keeping tension on the strap. This lets you get a significantly tighter grip. If I'm going heavy and need to keep my entire back tight, this is a must for me.Small negative compared to my higher priced ones: These (green ones) are about half the thickness of my other ones (black ones) which did cause some discomfort, but nothing major. Please see pic. During the lift these thinner ones have a tendency to not only bend, but fold over, making the weight distribution greater around a smaller area. My other ones (black) tend to bend but not fold. Because they don't fold, the weight distribution/discomfort doesn't change during the lift. Didn't really bug me, but be aware.Significant plus compared to my higher priced ones: My front rack is garbage but I love front squats. I don't like the folded arms nor the zombie hold for front squats so I use these types of straps. I place each strap over the bar about shoulder width apart. I place three fingers through the stacked straps (no pinky), palm down, and then rotate my forearms up until horizontal and the bar is resting behind my deltoid. This lets me maintain balance with the bar better than other methods at front rack. FYI, there should be no pressure on the wrist and your fingers should be able to move freely. If the wrist hurts, try placing the straps a bit wider. The rubber on the inside of these keep the strap from sliding on the bar if the lift starts to go sideways. My higher priced ones don't have this grip, and they slide quite easily. If your front rack is garbage like mine, these work absolutely wonderful. I will absolutely be using these for all front squats from now on.

Game Changer
These are a game changer. Likely the best purchase in my home gym. Brilliant design, comfortable, easy to use, and well made. These work perfect for any pull exercise - upper or lower body.If you need to lift to failure but your grip is your limiting factor, these are your answer. Buy them!

Best lifting straps EVER!!
I must have tried 4 different types/brands at this point and can just never either understand how to use them or actually find any that help with my grip strength. THESE ARE THE STRAPS YOU NEED. So easy to use, no more wrapping the straps around the bar. Your hand goes through the first loop, the X between loops goes under your bar, and then your hand goes through the second loop. Bam! Lift and go. I have always been stuck at 45lbs per hand on grip strength and now I am up to 70lbs per hand and can potentially go up from there. Best purchase for my gym bag yet.
