Amazing for parched skin. The texture is unique and almost balm like but it is not in the least bit greasy. If you are dry and dehydrated you can apply this thickly and it sinks in. Your skin plumps right up as moisture is replaced. I love the texture. Unfortunately it is scented, so if you are sensitive that may be a deal breaker. But my dry winter skin is loving it. I rub the excess into the backs of my hands.

I love this cream! It has a light gel-like texture that absorbs super quickly and leaves skin feeling fresh and hydrated all day long. It's non-greasy and works perfectly under makeup. Ideal for combination or oily skin. I highly recommend it!

This Neutrogena Night Moisturizer Gel feels great on face. It evenly spreads on the face and has a cool, wet feeling on the skin. I'm very impressed with this product.

This is a GREAT moisturizer. It blends right into my skin and makes it feel soft. However, I bought it because it said "fragrance free" in the title. I opened it, and it has a very distinct fragrance. When I looked at the ingredients, fragrance was listed. My fault for not reading the whole listing carefully. Amazon should correct the listing, though.

This stuff can be pretty pricey, but you only need a small amount each time.It seems to be more of a paste than something that is absorbed, so more so a barrier. In the morning when I wash my face, I can still feel it, almost "slimy" when it washes off. The normal moisturizer is absorbed during the day, and does not have the same effect.I am sensitive to a lot of fragrances since they are left on your face for anywhere from 6-12 hours at a time, and this one has caused to adverse reactions.You can pair it with your cleanser of choice, but I love the line-up and use "Neutrogena Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser" in the "Fragrance Free" version.When you order this, make sure it is both shipped AND sold by Amazon.com to make sure it's the real deal.

If you are used to the regular gel cream, you will be slightly surprised with the texture, but nothing is wrong with it. Different formulations, different textures. This is a balm, NOT a gel watery cream; all the 1-star reviews are unfair because people understand that and think they got a bad product.That being said, I will no longer buy the gel cream; instead, I will keep repurchasing the night-pressed serum because it's simply incredible. It became my new favorite moisturizer. I use it right after I wash my face while still damp, and the multiple sizes of HA of this cream push hydration so deep you feel your skin drinking water! I can't recommend this product enough… I pray they don't change the formulation because it's wonderful the way it is.

My household can't get enough of this lightweight moisturizer. It lasts all day under makeup and doesn't leave your face feeling sticky. This the best lightweight moisturizer Neutrogena has produced yet. It deeply moisturizes and absorbs into my skin but isn’t sticky or smothering. I sweat a lot, from my head to my toe. This night cream doesn’t slide off my face when I sweat. In fact I use it during the day too. It’s winter now when my skin is very dry and it’s done a fantastic job. We’ll see how it work during the summer.I have used all the Neutrogena water based products for years and absolutely love them. And Neutrogena is so much less expensive than Lancome. I don’t have any before and after pictures because I have multiple autoimmune diseases that age the skin so fast. Thanks to Neutrogena I have been able to maintain my skin.I highly recommend all the water based products, especially to those who sweat as I do.
