This generator is the perfect size to run the essentials in the house. Easy to follow, detailed instructions . Had all the tools in case you don't! Quick assembly and started on the first try. Very happy with the delivery, operation and ease of use. Great item for the price. Highly recommended!

Bought this two years ago due to hurricane season coming and the last generator was a pull start and didn’t work to good! Put this one together and started it to make sure everything was working. Didn’t put much gas in it just in case I didn’t need it for a while! It started right up, ran it for about 1/2 hour, then shut the fuel off and ran it till it ran out of gas then stored it in the garage till Helene started coming our way! Charged the battery just in case, put some gas in then started it and it fired right up again. Never lost power with Helene, then we got slammed with Milton and we lost power on Wednesday night. After it passed, set the generator and it performed flawlessly! Ran it for a total of 81 hours until power came on Sunday evening! I’ve recommended this unit to one of my longtime friends!

This was purchased as an emergency generator for power outages. It is set up to run a 15000 BTU window unit A/C, a chest freezer, the 22 cu ft refrigerator, the fan and control board on a propane furnace, the ISP modem and it's associated router/gear, a 55" Smart TV, a couple of LED lamps and, most importantly, an oxygen concentrator, Though this may seem like a long list for a relatively small generator, I had calculated all of the power requirements and they fit within the 3650 watt run duty specs for this unit. Fortunately, the rewiring issue for my install was relatively simple as virtually all the wiring was in same, close area. A 50', 30 amp generator cord, two heavy duty plug-in strips and some wiring changes were all that were needed to get hooked up. During the text run of 4 hours, the little generator ran perfectly, powering all that was needed. Though everything was not on all the time, the generator didn't struggle when everything was on. I had originally intended this unit to be only a stopgap measure and had planned to replace it with a 9KW open frame generator that were not available at this time of purchase. This did so well, I have, at least for now, canceled plans to upsize and will stay with this as my go-to emergency generator. It is surprisingly quiet for an open frame unit and started immediately with the elec start feature. During the 4 hour test, I used slightly less than 2 gal of gas so it should manage 9 to 10 hours cycles under my approx. ¾ load average. Very pleased with the purchase.

Really impressed at this machine for the cost. Easy setup, and she started instantly, with the push of a button. Not a super quiet machine, it has a mellow tone that you barely notice from inside the house.Only two negatives:1) No "economy" button that slows the motor when electrical demand is low2) No 240 volt output, so you can't use things like a stove or well pump. This may matter to some using it as backup power during outages.Besides the two somewhat important issues above, it's a great little machine.

I won’t lie I was a bit nervous buying this Generator what made it worst spoke to a couple of contractor buddies that all said they didn’t know the brand but the specs on it looks good so I took not for what it is and amazingly the week I decided on it there was a sale!!!! But after seeing it up (about 30min or less) and everything was connected this thing fired up and was ready to do its job….i would recommend any one on buying this especially if your on a tight budget…for me this Generator was a total win

This Review is for the initial receipt of this product that was received in two days Amazon Prime. I have had two Honda Generators; one was 750 and the other is EU20001 and the 1000. Both are very quiet and serves it purpose with many uses. I also previously owned a Champion that did cost $99.00 on sale. It was a small one. It was also ran quiet; however, I did not take care of this one. Lesson learned; don't let it just sit. I took an interest in the Wen generator when shopping for something with higher output. This particular WEN 56475 cost $699.00 at Home Depot and as of a couple of days ago. Was $399.00 directly from Wen. 5 star is for Ease of set up. Putting legs and Tires on and connecting the Negative wire to the battery. You do not need to place this up on a saw horse or heavy work bench table to put the handles and Wheels on. There are very easy instructions that come with the package. All the needed tools came with the package including a quart of oil. I do have the tools, but made it so much easier to use the tools that came with the Generator. After gas and oil. It started on 1st try with electric ignition.. Runs smooth with the trottle at run I ran if for 15 minutes, shut off and 15 minutes again. It is not as quiet as the Honda, but is expected. I hope to get very good use of this generator and know that it will be helpful during plan and unplanned power outages.

Absolutely wow use it everyday or every other day for 3-6 hr straight such a big difference from build and performance durability compared to harbor freight predator ugh wow oh wow in les than a year I returned the predator 3-4 times till I gave up then found this one and turns on so fast with one pull doesn’t leak oil like all predators just great buy it and buy the protection just in case for backupGreat generator!
