This product is nicely made and a good value for the money. The wand doesn't expand more than about a yard or so, but it was sufficient for my height.It works very well on indoor doors, but it failed to hold my iron and glass storm door. This isn't the fault of the manufacturer in any way; I did not measure the height of the gap between the bottom of the door and my wheelchair ramp. My fault entirely. It works like a dream indoors! I love it and I'm glad that I bought it. 5/5 stars.

I have used this product in the past, the only difference was it was the one shown sold individually here with the strap on the handle. It seems to be the same exact product but I never had an issue with the dozen or so I had ordered then. This is a cheaply made item, if you order one pair you may get lucky and the one pair you bought both work and extend as they should. I ordered 10 pair and only 2 pair were functional and extended fully. Some would not extend at all and would just break if you tried hard enough to extend it, some extended most of the way but once again broke if you tried to fully extend it.I will be sending these back not purchasing this item, at least not from this manufacturer again.

The strap broke shortly after arrival, and it tore where it was sewn on. The materials are rather flimsy but with some minor adjustments it does work.

I needed a doorstop that could be height adjusted and found this one. It works perfectly. I use a cane and when necessary a mobility scooter. It’s hard for me to bend over to use a doorstop. This one adjusts to a comfortable height for me. I can use it if I’m alone trying to open and keep open a hotel room door or ship’s cabin door so I can get in without too much trouble or needing assistance. It holds the door open with little or no slippage. If you’re someone who needs this type of doorstop I recommend this one for ease of use and price.

I bought this as gifts for my coworkers who are teachers. Out of the three boxes (6 door stoppers in total) only three stoppers work properly. I was not able to extend the handle to the proper height and the handle would fall back instead of standing straight up. I even tighten the screw on the bottom of the pole that is attached to stopper. The concept is great just the assembly and sturdiness is not up to par. With the price point being low you get the risk of not being a high quality product!! Great idea but poor in execution.

The idea behind them is sound BUT I had to rebuild them. I added a foam pad as they were too short to stop any door in my house (the foam was glued to the bottom to raise the "stop" surface). The bolt in the handle had to be replaced so that i could tighten them a bit more so that the handle would not fall over. Once these changes were made - they worked perfectly. I needed their light weight; my Mother can't handle anything very heavy and awkward.

It’s a great concept but it’s not sturdy enough to really use daily. I believe the only thing left of the the wedge for the door.

My cat likes to shut doors. I don't know why, because she's pretty tight-lipped about her reasoning, but she has a compulsion to shut an open door, which often leads to her being distressed at finding herself closed into a room. I found myself always playing doorman to a yowling cat. Hence my purchase of this item.This is the only doorstop I could find with a tall handle. I didn't want to have to constantly bend over to pick up the doorstop if I needed to close the door. This thing is very convenient in that way. The padded handle slips behind a door handle and has a loop that you can slip over the handle to prevent it from being accidentally knocked down. The handle also has a glow-in-the dark top so you can find it in low light. The rubber doorstop stays nicely in place and defeats my feline's attempts to bat it out from under the door.TL;DR: Works great. Good price.
