Garbage in a box
Bought this product a year ago and has only been giving trouble. It clearly mentioned 2 years warranty but KAFF has refused warranty above 1 year.

The media could not be loaded. not working properly whereas was using Glen hob for last 22 years but and never got any issues but never would recommend buy kaff products

Worst product.. Glass broken.. Lot of issue with burner, replaced 2 times.. Flame is also not even.. Worst product by kaff
