Easy set up and fast speed
The app made set up very easy. I have set up a number of Wi-Fi routers and this was the smoothest. The app also lets you control every aspect of the routers settings, which I find easier to use than desktop navigation through a browser. The speed went up by about a factor of 8 from the old Netgear router. It may have been because of the age of the previous (about 4 years old), and it is no doubt also due to the 5Ghz dual band. If you are close to the router the upper band signal is very very fast, but only if you are close to it. If not the 2.4Ghz signal is still much faster than before, and the range is great. We live in about a 3000 square foot house, and it reaches about 80% of it. This has proven to be a very stable router. I have had it running for about 2 months with no resets. I have had routers that need a reboot a couple of times a week or more. An unexpected plus is that the top of the case is sized to fit Lego bricks. While this has no value to me, my kid loved it. Two issues: The lights are very dim and in bright light you can barely see the power and activity indicators. The other issue is where the CAT cable plugs in. It is right under an antenna, and while it plugs in easily, getting it out is made difficult because of the antenna, and you will have to use a tool to depress the plastic release on the connector. Small bugs, but tolerable.

Rock solid router / wifi from rock space!
Very easy to install. Hooked up to my DSL modem and changed the modem to Bridge mode, then plugged in my desktop computer and printer via cable. Connecting via wifi to 2 floors above on opposite corner of the house with no signal strength issues! I think the beam forming technology works really well. I also like the web based software. It's simply laid out and professional looking. As a software developer myself, I appreciate that.

Stay FAR FAR Away from this router - really.
So many glowing reviews - not sure why. The wireless signal does seem pretty good for signal/coverage throughout my smaller home. However, the wired connection speeds are HORRIBLE! I have Comcast 1 Gb internet and with my old router I can get between 600-700 Mbps doing a speed test on my "wired" PC. Using this rock space router I onoy got ~ 100 Mbps! That is horrendous performance. I ran this test several times over the course of the day and it got no better. Interestingly enough i was able top get faster speeds using "speed test" to my wireless devices - but again - my old router does better. The Rock Space router would get 160 Mbps download speeds and my old router got ~300 Mbps. I returned this router the same day as purchasing..it was a total let down. BTW - this router has the EXACT same interface that the Tenda Brand uses and appears to be a rebranded Tenda router. Not saying that is bad necessarily just wanted to point that out. In the end buy this if you like to play with Legos more than you need a quality, high performing device. I recommend you go with something better and more modern that can handle higher bandwidth.UPDATE: I ended up getting this competing router as my replacement and it absolutely ROCKS!!! You will not be disappointed with this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08H8ZLKKK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Finally getting the Comcast speed I pay for!
I bought this in hopes of improving my network stability after adding a bunch of smart home devices. I was using an Apple Airport Express dual-band wireless-N router, which was dropping connections with the 20+ wifi devices I now had connected. I was not expecting an increase in internet speed, because my Comcast connection had always been pretty weak. I pay for 100 Mb/sec, but rarely get above 30. However, I was totally surprised and delighted that when I installed this, not only did all my devices connect to it stably, but I am actually getting 130Mb/sec from Comcast! I always thought it was Comcast's fault my speeds were down, but it turns out it was my router. The setup was very easy, the only part that sucked was reconnecting all of my smart plugs, echo dots, etc.. to the new network. I've only had it for a day so far, but I am blown away by the range, customization options and speed of this router. It is cheaper than the apple router I replaced, and far superior in every way.

This model actually does have gigabit LAN ports
I bought this unit to upgrade from a similar model that didn't support gigabit on the LAN port.It did have gigabit over wifi, but I like a cable and after going through all my cables, finally realized the router was only putting out 90mbps, while I am paying for 300 and get that wired direct to the modem.Setup was fairly simple and straightforward, as simple as router setups ever are.The app worked and continues to work fairly well for management.Seems to keep everything running well throughout my home.3 smart TVs, 2 laptops, I desktop (LAN), 2 or 3 cell phones on wifi, 2 alexa devices, smart doorbell, 2 smart plugs and 6 smart light bulbs all connected and responsive.

Non US plug
Be prepared that this does not have a standard US plug to power it.

Best bang for your buck
If your not tech savvy and just want to upgrade your router to something that can handle gaming and multiple people using the WiFi then get this one. Before I bought this router I set up my dads new router he bought that was around the same price but slower. It ended up being a nightmare to set up because they want you to add all your info into their system before letting you use the actual router. I wish I would have been able to get the same one I got for my dad.Super easy to set upNice app with many features only the high end routers or paid subscriptions would allow you to use. You can check your speed, what specific items are on the WiFi, parental locks for adding time blocks for thier kids, and I’m sure a ton more I am forgetting about. At first I was not sure about my purchase because I’ve never heard of the brand, but the reviews and the price were too good to pass up.

The Rock Space router is easy to set up and works great!
Reasonable price, easy setup, strong signal all over our big old house. I bought the Rockspace router to replace an aging D-Link that wasn't getting the job done anymore for our home network. I had it up and running in a few minutes with no problems, and we noticed a difference right away.
