I use this in my own menopause blend, and drink a cup everyday. It’s nearly completely eliminated my night sweats.

I am new to herbs. I bought a bunch and am now experimenting with making herbal teas.I made a tea with black cohosh root and white willow bark. Wow!!! I typically have five rounds of hot flashes/night sweats. Drenched each time then start shivering bc I am wet. I tried the tea last night. Woke up only once!!! I don't know which one worked, but I am pleased!!!!Will buy again!

It tastes like any root would I suppose. I'm literally just eating a pinch of it twice a day with water. It's not bad at all. No idea if it helps with symptoms because it takes a month I've read.
