I’m thrilled with this purchase. I bought one for my daughter at her request two years ago, to clean easily after her toddler. She raved about it! I continued with a broom & Swiffer.My new vinyl floors did not stay clean with Swiffer liquid, and I get a lot of dust~. I am so jazzed! With this VacMop! Fast, easy, lightweightA~ and my floors are clean in half the time!The batter needs frequent charging, however. I could not even finish two rooms & my bathroom, before I needed to re-charge, which takes 3.5 hours.Still and all, I give it a 5! I’m 63, and petite, and even with my arthritis , it so easy, and the results are so satisfying! I love clean shiny floors. Then fresh air feels fresh☺️

I thought this was a wet vac that could squirt solution and then vacuum it up. Ooops... it's not. Imagine taking the typical feather light wet jet mop & heavily modifying it to make an appearance in a Transformer movie. Its very solid and feels like it could easily do way more than what it was built for.The way it works is the mop pad is attached to a plastic catch bin. You attach the entire assembly (plastic and pad) to the bottom of the machine. When vacuuming the dirt goes into the plastic catch area and when you spray to mop, the pad cleans the liquid. When done, remove the plastic assembly and dispose. It works well because you can vacuum an area, then mop it with the same tool. It has plenty of power to pick up pet hair, stray pet food, and dirt tracked in from shoes & it's slim enough to get under things like the couch. I haven't tried the Shark solution, as I still had cleaner specifically for the laminate floor. Once I run out of that, I'll try the Shark and see what the difference is.

This lightweight vac mop is easy to use, slides under low spaces and has POWERFUL SUCTION. I liked it so much, I bought one for my dad, my daughter and my sister. I’m sorry they discontinued this item, it’s truly awesome

This is exactly what I've been looking for!! It works great for my kitchen/ dining room area.. it's a substantial piece of equipment - it doesn't feel like it's going to snap when it's pushed along the floor. The disposable pad/vacuum tray is ingenious! Good design - it actually does pick up the dirt! Very easy to put together and use right out of the box.Two things that I think could use improvement: the power button: has to have constant pressure on it. It's kinda tough on the hand after a bit, and the disposable tray/pads are pretty spendy! Maybe put 2 or 3 in the box, instead of just 1..? 1 pad wouldn't get through a home with more floors than I have... you should at least be able to clean all of your floors to test it out.Overall, I love it! It's a great compromise between the regular mop and a pricier floor cleaner.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so happy with this purchase that I went out of my way to write one for this product. I was looking for something to suck up my pets’ (1 double coated dog and 3 cats-yes, I work at a vet clinic) fur and to do light spot cleaning. I really like this. It’s really lightweight. Probably as strong as a handheld vac but it works great. I like how it vacuums up messes and allows you to spot clean at the same time. Perfect for my small tile bathroom, tile kitchen, and wood floors in my halls and office. It’s NOT meant to wash your floors, or at least I wouldn’t use it for that. And, it’s NOT meant to replace a vacuum. But if you want a great tool to do a great job on small spills or do a great job on that pet fur on hard surfaces, this gets my vote.

Do not buy used, even if shipped and sold from Amazon. The battery is dead and it only lasts for 10 seconds after being charged. Spend the extra money and just buy it new, I wouldn't trust the vetting process for refurbished products here.As a product review though, I would give this vacuum a solid 4 stars. It's convenient to charge and lightweight. I like that you can vacuum and also mop. The disposable mops make this easier. I use it as a daily quick vacuum for cat litter and small messes. The vacuum isn't the best though, and sometimes it's hard to get everything. I have to vacuum multiple times over certain things and it still doesn't get it all. I have to use a more powerful vacuum such as my roomba to really get it clean. But it does it's job as a quick daily cleaner.

I love this little vacuum/mop. The suction is only in a small portion, but it's very strong. Very easy to charge and maneuver. I also appreciate how light it is.

I bought this mop in May '21, it's now July '22 and it's reached the end of it's life-span. I've used it once or twice a week in a small kitchen and bathroom to help pick up the small particles I can't get with a broom and spot mop small spills.First, the liquid chamber leaks. I did purchase this product as "used, renewed condition" so I can guess why it was returned. Fine, I can work around that by just using a spray bottle. That was the first month I owned it.But now, a little more than a year after purchase, the battery won't charge. I suspect it's because the magnetic charging port is defective because when I reposition the magnet it will charge for a few minutes before stopping again. This is seriously puzzling for me because I see no benefits of a magnetic charging port vs a regular plug in style of charging port. Shark is usually a quality brand but they missed the mark with this product. This was a great idea that's been driven out by poor execution.
