Pleased with the product
I have been using this to make soft goat and sheep cheese. Pleased with the flavor. Also very pleased to make multiple batches with one packet. I used one packet for the first batch of cheese. Then I take about a cup of whey from the first batch to use in the next batches. I store it in a jar in the fridge. But I try not to let the cultured whey get too old. I use about 4 oz for a gallon of cheese.

Normally a sachet is for 2 gallons or more, these are 1 for 1gal -

Total failure.
It did not work. I ended up with what looks like kefir. They whey and curds won't separate.
