I have been using collagen for awhile now and find that it helps make my nails stronger and my hair is growing faster than it ever has before. I also use it for my body as collagen is one of the necessary building blocks needed for our bodies. Very happy with Lewis Labs grass fed and pasture raised Collagen Proteox. This is the only brand that I found that uses Proteox, a patented extract of salmon cartilage to help aid in out connective tissues. Thank you Lewis Labs, for putting out a great product. When the item arrived it didn't look like what I ordered. The container in the ad was dark and this one is white (see photo). I thought it was a mistake but the seller wrote back and said they changed their design. I think they should update their ad then so there is no confusion. Outside of that the product itself seems good so far, dissolves quickly and no bad taste. I just got it so will have to see how it does in time, but so far so good.
