Add in the cost of an EU-UK adapter
Not many of us in the UK routinely have an adequate amp 2-pin to 3 pin adapter. Buying one adds to the cost.

This product is fitted with a 2 pin EU plug. I did not notice that anywhere in the description.

Did not work out of the packet did not have a UK plug either.
From the outset this did not work properly. It would decide when it wanted to work and how long it wanted to be on for. On a very few occasions it ran for the full 90 mins and it fully decided at one point not to work for a full 24 hours. Considering the brand I was very disappointed.It was a nice size and when it worked the heat was good and constant.It has a European plug attached despite saying otherwise and did not include an adaptor.

Does the job
It works well. A bit less ergonomic than the one my mother had 30 years ago (which lasted 20 years!), but better than other products in the market I suppose.
