all I can say is it doesn't affect me that way.

They are neither, they are a hard chewable tablet. If you would like a softer calcium, try the Celebrate Calcium Soft Chews, they are similar to a soft candy, like a starburst. They come in 8 flavors.

It doesn't say on the label that it is processed using equipment that processes milk, so I don't know. I wonder if there is milk in the coconut oil complex. There is a toll free number on the label, so you could call to ask the company.

Q: Do you space these & the multivitamins throughout the day or can you take them all at once?

Due to the way calcium is absorbed, you have to space them out. Also do not take them within 2hrs of taking iron. Iron and calcium use the same receptors and will cancel each other out.
