A must for plant based protein
For the price, this is just about the best protein you're going to find. As most things in life, there are some pros and cons.I will elaborate on the pros: #1 Protein yield, a mere 31 gram serving size yields 25 grams of protein, that’s roughly an 81% protein yield for plant based protein (very good)! #2 Promix contains a fantastic amino acid profile. No need to buy additional BCAA's or EAA's, it's likely more than covered in the protein mix. #3 the protein mixes well. I use water, and I have not had any clumping. #4 taste, I rather enjoy the taste of the protein. It's not sweet, but the chocolate powder comes through without an after taste. #5 the minimal amount of ingredients. There are no fillers or fluff, and that's partially why the protein yield is so high.Cons: #1 this is more of a personal complaint than a con, I wish they would list the percentage of the type of protein they use. The label list Organic Pea Protein and Organic Sprouted Brown Rice. I'd simply like to know the actual percentages. I'm assuming there is more Pea protein, but who knows. #2 not for me but for some, the taste may not be sweet enough.Overall, this compares well with some of the highest animal based proteins on the market, and the price is reasonable. I would love to see them add a “greens” profile to really complete this already outstanding protein.

Awesome product, very satisfied
Awesome product. I bought the unflavored protein and have no problem with the taste, but I'm not very big on taste when it comes to my health. I have tried worse tasting proteins and this is good considering how clean it is. As I’ve taken it more, I’m on my 4th or 5th tub, I’ve grown to like it and have no problem with the taste at all. I can take it plain, nothing but water. Mixes well by itself and doesn’t overpower other ingredients you mix it with. There’s only 3 ingredients, brown rice protein, pea protein and vitamin B. No added sugars, sweeteners, flavors or preservatives which is awesome considering other " health " products do. It's definitely a good bargain considering you get more servings (78) than dollars you spend ($55-$60). I also like that each serving has 25 grams of protein and only 115 calories. I haven't found another vegan product with a bette, or even comparable, serving/price ratio and the protein/calorie ratio of the vegan promix. Very satisfied and will continue to use. If there is a knock against this product……… the powder is so fine that it can get kinda messy if you're not careful. Not a big deal at all, barely worth mentioning but I wanted to be honest and give as much info as I could. If you're looking for a clean vegan protein with ingredients that you can actually pronounce give promix a try.

Grittiest and chalkiest protein powder ever
I normally don’t write reviews, but the protein powder was the worst I ever tried. I tried my best to try to use it, but I physically cannot. It doesn’t mix well with water, in smoothies, or in oatmeal. It’s extremely gritty and chalky. I wish I could return it. I don’t recommend.

Best chocolate vegan protein I’ve had so far.
Protein powders are a dime a dozen it seems. Some taste great and some are just awful. This one is pretty good. I’m partial to whey protein sources, but wanted to venture out and have a vegan source of protein. The first bag I received tasted delicious. On par with some of the better whey protein mixes I’ve had. And it mixed really well.Concurrent bags though, I’ve noticed a slight difference in both taste and mixability. The taste has a subtle aftertaste I didn’t notice with the first bag, though not bad. And now the powder kind of settles after mixing. I have to re-shake every 10-15 seconds to re-suspend the mix. Not the end of the world but a little annoying.I like that the ingredients are pretty straightforward, no filler. And the number of servings is very fair for the price and quality. The mix comes in a bag instead of a tub that I prefer, but it’s barely an inconvenience.

Tastes like drinkable cardboard
This protein powder was recommended by my dietitian because of its impressive ingredient list and solid macros. I appreciated the clean, plant-based formula with no unnecessary additives. However, I was really disappointed with the taste—it was like drinking cardboard. The unflavored aspect made it hard to mask the natural taste, even when mixed into smoothies or other drinks. I ended up finishing the pack (since it wasn't cheap), but I had to blend it with another flavored protein powder just to make it bearable. It helped slightly, but the taste still wasn’t great. If you're prioritizing clean ingredients and don't mind a very natural, bland flavor, it might work for you, but I wouldn't buy it again

Poor Packaging
The protein powder by itself is fine - lightly flavored. I'm glad they release their heavy metal testing reports. However, the packaging was very poor. It came in a paper bag with a Ziploc. The Ziploc refused to work. I tried for a while and had to transfer the powder to a different storage container. For the price point, I expected better.

My new favorite
When I opened the package some powder got on my fingers, I licked it and was pleasantly surprised how sweet and vanilla the flavor was. Most protein powders taste bland and chalky dry but this had a great flavor. In a smoothie even better. Great macros compared to other powders and I’ve noticed zero bloat or stomach sensitivity.

It tastes like what it is, and that's a good thing
The taste is the biggest downside, but that's just the result of having a clean product with no fillers. It tastes exacly like pea protein should taste: like a cold pea soup with no attempts made to season it. I personally close my nostrils and chug it down. It blends easily and doesn't clump. Only real complaint is that the seal could be better.
