Great product, wonderful for baking. Lots for the money and beautiful taste and color. Makes wonderful cakes from scratch.

I use this for making chocolate pies, I add a spoonful into brownies to give them a rich dark chocolate taste (and balance out sweetness), add a spoonful to chocolate cakes. I've even added it to homemade buttercream icing. With the icing, it made it a medium brown color, so if you want it to look like dark chocolate, consider adding food coloring.It's also really good to sprinkle some on top of lighter colored icing to give a chocolate flavor. And... whipped cream on top of a pie can look so boring, but if you lightly sprinkle it over the whipped cream it looks so much more appealing.I have been using the unsweetened Ghirardelli cocoa for years and years - at least 15, probably more. I've received multiple compliments on desserts I've made using it. It gives a true chocolate taste without any of the weird aftertaste that some dark cocoa powders leave.Love being able to buy in bulk. Price is great. I know the bags are resealable, but I always close the resealable part of the bag and then put it into a freezer type ziploc bag to keep it extra fresh. You can freeze it as well if it's going to be awhile between uses. *Just remember that once it's been frozen to either put it back into the freezer or the fridge to prevent moisture from forming.Definitely recommend and will be buying again!

I love cocoa, but won't buy the cheap prepared stuff due to trans-fats. This powder is very fine, very good quality, stores well, and can be added to just about anything. Good stuff.

Only one package was shipped even though the description clearly says 6.

My husband puts a heaping spoonful in his coffee. I put a heaping spoonful in my tea - it's addicting. Delicious!

This is good cocoa! I love cooking with it. It was fresh, smelled awesome, and tastes good in chocolate milk as well as baked goods when I don't want to use my ridiculously high end calebaut or something.I'll order it again!That said, watch the details on the shipment - I ordered what was supposed to be a pack of 6 and received 1 pouch instead. Amazon took care of rectifying the situation so it was fine, but if you're ordering a bunch of cocoa for a tight deadline, look onward.

This was delicious in all the recipes. Cheaper than the grocery store. Such great quality.
