Doesn’t work
This had absolutely no effect on me whatsoever. Bought it to calm my body and mind for sleep once in a while. I tried doubling the dose and even tripling it. Still nothing. I don’t take any medicine, no other calming herbs, and don’t drink alcohol.. so this should easily have an impact on me if the product actually works. I have paid way less for ashwaganda in powder form which worked amazing. I picked this brand because I figured you get what you pay for. But not in this case. I’d look elsewhere for ashwaganda.

Subtle but wonderful effect.
This is a very effective supplement for my 17-year-old son with autism and severe anxiety. It is a part of the cocktail along with 5-HTP, Lithium Orotate, and St. Johns wort, also by the same company. I recently added Ashwagandha as a routine supplement and I am really wowed by how it has put my son at ease. The best part about this brand is that it is good potency without the horrific taste of other tinctures.

REALLY WEAK!!!
Very disappointed with the strength of all the tinctures I purchased from this company. Very diluted compared to any other company. Won't be buying again!
