The product itself is absolutely delicious. But when I received them they were pretty much dust in chunks of the cookie.The whole batch look like it went through a storm. It's all just crumbs no actual cookie. I'm super sad too, because they are my favorite and I can't eat them because they are crumbs. Be careful with shipping

The product itself is good; however, the packing is bad, especially this product is thin and crispy, so the majority of it is crumbled, resulting that I am eating crumbs. Although I like it very much, I won't buy it again.

It was packed safely from the looks of it (inside large box with a bag full of air for cushion) but it looks like the cookies were crushed before then. It was completely in crumbs. I still tried t since its not eligible for a refund and it has a very weird after taste.
