Rothco2571: Canvas Barracks Bag

Love these bags!! Bought 3 if then a couple years ago for PE equipment and they get dragged along the ground and haul balls and bases around and they're great. Look like new and never tear. So I bought another one.

I bought this to make a sandbag for working out. I put 160 lb of sand, 2 heavy duty trash bags, duck taped them and put it inside of this bag. It only lasted 1 months. I never dropped it until today and the seem exploded. Still give it 5 stars because it’s a good bag and it broke doing something it was not intended for. But I hope that helps.

Not exactly as I remember a barracks bag but close or my memory has erred. Beyond the nostalgia this is a sturdy laundry bag. Most nowadays seem to be some type of nylon that tears and frays easily. This will not have those problems and can take a beating.Can easily be thrown into the wash with its contents if it’s gotten funky in any way. When not in use rolls up and takes up negligible space.

These remind me of my uncle's old navy duffle bag. They are heavy duty, stitching and all. I own about 5 of them and they all have held up as expected.

I am using this bag to protect and store my WW2 Wool blankets. Convient and easy to access.

I ordered this to use as a laundry bag. It's well-made with good, sturdy canvas material. I would say that it's identical to the one I was issued back in the nineties, but the truth is that this one is a lot nicer and heavier. If I needed another one I would certainly buy it again and I would recommend this product.

Bought this for a deployment. Works great. Sturdy canvas, simple, cost effective. Recommend it.

I purchased two of these one large bag and one medium sized bag and after one use the straw string broke on both. Not a good product for what I paid for
