TERRIBLE
The item has metal shavings coming off of it as I took it out of the package. So DANGEROUS for an item intended to bake with!! Do not waste your time.

Not what I was expecting. Cheaply made.
Years ago my parents use to have one of the pelmeni maker mold (at that time it was made in USSR) , so when I saw this one, I wanted to get it. When it arrived, I realized, that this specific mold was little too thin and light than the one that my parents had. It doesn't exactly work the way it should due to being so light. Plus the aluminum that used does not have polished finish, has uneaven sharp edges inside every hole, which will resolt in ripped dough while making your pelmeni or ravioli. You will have to file them out first for it to work little better.

Once your get the idea, it’s really good.
Making ravioli is a labour of love no matter which way you make them. Used this to make keto 3 cheese raviolis. You need to spray the mold before placing the first layer of dough. After I rolled the dough in the mound, I used a brush with water so the second Doug would seal properly. The other trick is not to use a lot of filling. Once you place the second dough on top, i would use your hands to press it dough lightly. Then use the rolling pin to press it firmly. I turned it over and banged it on the counter to remove the raviolis.

I wouldn't buy it even for a dollar
If you give it for free, I will just throw it away kind of thing.Usually I write pros and cons, but even the affordable price is not worth the pros point.Trust me when I tell you it's that bad - how do I know? - Because my parents use to have a real one, bigger and heavier, and even as a 10 year old kid I could lay out 2 layers of Dow with a meat pockets in between, popping it out nicely.I read the "between the lines" reviews, and already suspected it to be smaller, lighter with rough edges. Sorry to disappoint - it's all came to be true. We blindly gave it a chance - wasted the first batch and used hands thereafter. The question for the seller - did you even test, whatever you made?I'm afraid to ask what material is made of because the black spots mixed with silver raising concerns.I have my doubts it's made of steel - I mean even plastic weighs more.Size is 1.5 times smaller than the originalEdges are rough and not finishedPrice - don't even bother, who cares?A BIG pros is buying using Amazon Prime - safely returning this product.I hope I saved you the hassle of buying/returning.
