Works well from power on
Happy to report works well from power on. Have had experience of similar devices where they don't necessary communicate voltage requirement if switch on power supply with lead/adaptor already connected - needed to unplug PD cable/adaptor and reconnect. However, this cable manages that negotiation successfully in the kind of scenario. Expensive cable, though, and for me would be better if DC connector was not right angle. But, it works where others didn't, so still 5 stars and much neater than using step-up 5V to 12V.

Grweat kit
Powers my Atomos Ninja V Monitor from a 28600 mah power bank all day, this is a god send as I now don't have to carry lots of extra batteries just throw this in the bag and I'm good to go.Blind Spot are great and I also have the version for powering a dummy battery from another 28600 mah power bank, so good to go all day with both the camer and the Monitor.

Not cheap but it works
If you want to power devices with 2.5mm pin input, using USB-C based power source, this is the cable for you. Your power supply will need to be powerful enough to handle the device you are powering. If its a high power usb c source like a laptop no problems. But your power bank might not work even if you think it should be powerful enough

Just works, but choose your power bank carefully
Use this to power an ATEM Mini Pro; not too much to say except that it just works. Make sure your power supply provides 12v, 3A specifically however - I queried with Anker's sales team and none of the current PD power banks do (5/9/15/20v only). Although the cable seems to still work at 9v, 9v @ 3A (27W) is not enough for the 36W ATEM, and the cable doesn't step down 15/20v to 12v in my tests.

Doesn't work for me.
I tried this on some Anker and Ugreen batteries and power adapters with a power analyser in line and it doesn't seem to tell the power source to send any voltage. The only success I had was connecting it to a dumb power source (battery) and then it outputed the voltage of the source, e.g 5v.I In theory this device should tell the PD source what voltage to send but it doesn't, either rmy devices are to clever or this is broken.Huge shame as it fitted a perfect solution.

Great cable? Or not so great?
Using the cable to power my 12v 3.5a 40W Dehumidifier.I've tried a standard USB to DC cable at 5v, using both my Razer Power Bank and Ravpower 20kMah 60w PD, but this didn't work.Happy to say this wire does the job!.. The only downside it that the DC tip is a little shorter than usual, so it doesn't fully fit into the female socket. I've had to use blutack to keep it in place.... For an expensive £30 cable I'm happy it works , but also disappointed in that it doesn't with the connectivity. If you plan on keeping the cable in a stationary position I would recommend it.If you plan on moving around the cable/powerbank/device it's connected to, there's going to be flex on the cable and it will immediately stop working and disconnect, so I would not recommend it.

Great product
This has helped massively with being able to do outdoor and on the go livestreams. It powers my ATEM Mini Pro and have had no issuea whatsoever.

Works really well!
Works exactly as it should, using a 50kmah battery pack to power telescope with some added tech. Powers it with great stability and has good load acceptance.
