This buddah "mindfulness" chain is outstanding!! Very heavy and well made. Looks cool and I am very pleased with the purchase. FYI the pictures may show a man holding up his own weight and I read that people have tried it who bought one but I reckon that was just an example that it's very strong and well made but don't try swinging of it 😉

Good quality, heavy and strong. Handy to have while walking out and about with my wife or on my own. There have been a few dog attacks in the area. So having these for added protection is piece of mind. I would highly recommend as a deterrent and or protection ONLY.

I bought these for extra peace of mind when travelling to India on my own.I made myself familiar with all the routes I was travelling through and decided on means of transport upfront (please absolutely do that if travelling alone to a 3rd world country!!) before I flew out.I didn’t need to use those in any combat, but having them with me added a peace of mind, in that I could deter a potential attacker if it came to it (as I practiced swinging them for a number of hours).As pictured, they could pass as a low key fashion item, as they do look rather beautiful and didn’t cause any skin reactions when I wore them in 36 degrees Celsius heat.I also had a 140 lb woman hang those beads on a tree branch and watched her swing her full body weight with ease. That advertised steel wire is indeed there. 😂

Bought these to wear or perhaps place somewhere as a decoration (they are now wrapped around the gear stick in my car- yes it does look good). They are very bulky, heavy, and stiff. From other reviews; I have noticed that some buyers are using these for self defence or offensive reasons by using these as a weapon, although they are more than likely designed for those uses I would discourage anyone from doing this as they could cause serious injury and they are also incredibly hard to conceal

Very chunky beads a bit too chunky to wear as a necklace which is a shame I was hoping to wear them walking home alone late at night for some extra safety but a bit too big for that.Still useful though going to keep them by the door hung on the wall instead for deccoration and easy access self defence that I hopefully won't need 😊😀

Honestly bought this due to wanting the beads for other purposes (also if anyone is thinking the same, the inner holes are about 3mm) inner wire is thin yet sturdy, good weight, and was relatively non destructive takedown. worth it for its intended purpose probably, but worth it for a good bulk bead source
