This door seal that fits on garage floors by the door to prevent water seeping into household garages. I had already fitted one to our previous property to stop water coming into our garage when it rained and when I washed our vehicles. It worked brilliantly and the glue they provided was amazing and made the fitting easy and permanent. We have now moved to a bungalow and the water seepage is not a problem but we were visited by mice getting under the door. I bought another XR8 seal via Amazon and again it fits like a glove. Strangely they included a car parts repair brochure so that must be their main business. If they make other products as good as the door seal then I would have full confidence in them.

Product arrived promptly, unfortunately the first package arrived damaged, contacted customer service, Nick was super helpful, responded very quickly, and have a new set sent out to me the next day. The return of the damaged one was super easy and simple to return via Amazon. There is a video online to show how to install this, very clear and easy to follow. Just a few friendly advice, do measure many times before cutting. I have deliberately left a lot of room to make mistake, then trim again and again to fit it perfectly. Don't rush it. It can take a few trials to understand how best to cut with with the tools you got. Also, I have my husband to help me to press it down and straighten it out to the correct position. I now have a garage with no leaves, no rain water coming in, it is now completely dry, thanks to this excellent product! I have only used 50% of the glue, I did put heavy boxes on top to help it sealed properly to the ground. I also revisited it after a few hours and put more glue on areas that I did not do so well. We have had heavy rain for months since installation, still no water coming through. I have a 18 - 22mm garage door gap, I just bought the 18mm version, because I prefer a lower profile I can wheel heavy things in and out easy for me. It works perfect for our garage. Yep, tested on really heavy rain, for the several months I didn't have any water inside my garage. So it does it job. Installation was smooth and easy, no issues at all. Can recommend this product

Was having dust and water getting in under my garage door. This was easy to install and worked well to keep out the water and most of the dust- I paired with buying a strip of brush material to stick on the door itself for an extra barrier . Been 2 years and still going strong, hasn’t come loose, but I don’t drive over it as I just use the garage for storage.

I ordered two of these to fit the doors on a double garage the gaps under each varied from 12mm to 18mm so these were ordered as the size stated was 18mm which would just about do the job however when these arrived and measured were found to be only 16mm I was going to return them but gave them a try the slight gap left was addressed with another rubber glued to the door bottom the door with the smaller gap this seal worked well without any extra rubbers just beware some may not arrive as high as you expect

I got this first as a way to reduce the draft in the garage, which I want to turn into a gym, and second as a water seal for when the rain won't let up. The product arrived without the adhesive, so I had to order some stix-all instead. It was delivered in a coil, but rolled out flat nicely, so I didn't have to leave it out flat for a while before using. I received the correct size and was able to cut it fine with a stanley knife. Pretty simple to fit and it's stuck down well, and flat most importantly. Yet to test it in brutal winter conditions, but pleased with the end result so far.
